Bob, Bernie said that TEMPO had been working on the PROMO Deal with McDonalds and also he mentioned that TEMPO would be sending TSIG $40,000 for PROMO Card Deals already completed (10 cents per card). ANY MENTION OF WHO THE 400,000 PROMO CARDS WERE DONE FOR?

Promo Deals with 3 to 5 Million up front and 1 Million Cards per month have also be mentioned previously. Any further information on how close these Deals are?

I didn't see you mention anywhere about the approval to increase shares to 300 million. Should we assume that it passed?
Also, did they say anything about last quarter's numbers?
