zeev, i thought the thesis had to do w/ mu wanting conversion, not intel or txn. if i were those guys, i'd want the paper b/c when mu goes under, they have first rights on company.

am i confused on this?

I am not saying that the street can not push this stock to the moon, I also agree with your conclusion that shorting here is dangerous. I am just saying that I think these boys have their butts covered. <ggg>
