SBX was basically forced outta the chip business - so that's why they sold out and have the cash position + TSE shell. Now it's up to the 'management' and cdplus.com to see if this works. cd wants the listing and was chosen by sbx b of d as the best way to get back their bucks - tried interesting them in some mining deals - but you can see how interested they were!
As for direction of stock - don't know.
