Stream,
You and Tom Hua were correct in calling the sell off of UIHIA as the spin approached which put in black and white the momentum dynamics that exists with some of these issues (and UIHIA had MSFT as a major investor in UPCOY to the tune of 300 milsky).
As UIHIA was Mr. P$nks orignal call (down in 30's) is was truly a excellent pick as it had both the momentum behind it as well as the fundamental value that has now been realised (still discounted to value of UPCOY by estimated 30% a figure that Hua threw in with his analysis and is still holding). At the time I thought it a bit bold of you to go short on it but as has been demonstrated many times stock price (near term) is more a supply and demand issue than a question valuation.
I just check to see that UCOMA (formerly UIHIA) closed Friday at 76 and change. If I recall He first mentioned it on Yahoo at either 27 or 32 and it was 32 (I think) when He mentioned it here sometime in January. If you bought at 32 and held you would now have 137% gain in 6 months.
Best Regards,
Mad2
