Re Really?!! I would like to see that "many bits of information" that says that the Celeron is a money making machine
for intc. You claim this after there have been several analysts' downgrades of intc and reductions in there earnings
estimates for the balance of this year. Interesting!!!


Your best source for information in that area will be Tuesday in the earnings release and conference call. Warning, however, Intel doesn't break out sales, margins, etc. by product type. Still, an analyst's question followed by an answer by Intel 's Otellini or Bryant may give a clue, but I doubt it. Nonetheless, this will be your best shot. If no-one here takes advantage of this CC, I think it's pointless to argue over profitability of Intel's product lines. An exercise in futility.
