Phil,

The answer did not trouble me as it was part of a longer conversation. I had already expected that answer. He probably said it differently but the meaning was the same. I'm sure he had tried for the best terms he could. At the time the company was not in as good a shape as when the PP was signed. We were not holding over .30 but falling rapidly and the company was refocusing back to the core business. Well you know all that.
