I don't think that the WP article is completely correct. I am currently using @ATHOME(ATHM) with TCI and I connect with via DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). This means I get a different IP address from a pool of numbers every time I sign on to the network. I have no fixed IP number assigned.

Also, AtHome provides the cable modem and ethernet card free and charges 39.95 per month. The performance has been great.

Talks about Prints, mugshots, bad guys in general , plus all the info in their database and the increase of hits they are getting per day....
