TXCI Conference call 7/22. See release by the company below.

The stock could move significantly in anticipation of the company making some positive comments or announcements about their future. That gives 8 1/2 trading days for the stock to move on speculation. This is probably why the stock popped on Friday with heavy volume. This company has been saying all the right things lately. I expect them to continue.

The following was released on the Company's fax blast memos.
-------------------------------------------------------------
TotalAxcess.com, Inc. to Hold Telephone Conference Call

TotalAxcess.com, Inc. President and CEO, Joseph Monterosso, will hold a live telephone talk on Thursday, July 22, 1999 at 1:00 PM (PST). The call will consist of two segments. The first segment will be an outline of the Company today, where we are going and how we are planning to get there. The second part of the telephone conference will be devoted to answering questions from stockholders and others. Questions for the call must be submitted to Mr. John Steward at TXCI via email: jsteward@grpv.com or FAX: 415-861-4177 no later than Monday, July 19, 1999. Due to time constraints, not all questions will be responded to during the telephone conference, however, we will answer as many as possible. Those not answered in the time provided will be addressed on the Company's web page.

<<WGAT has actualized in patents & contracts, the great promise that IATV has left
unfulfilled.>> I agree.
Will check UVEW.
But by and large I have planned my week, since I will be busy for much time elsewhere,I am keeping it real simple.
I may add to my present positions tomorrow--and if I am lucky enough to catch HSAC at the bottom of a sell-off,make a buy side play.
Also,I will, very likely go to all cash sometime during wednesday.
Got your advisory on Loral,Wes--thanks.
for those who like to follow the world press, found an excellent site

You better study IATV's patents a little more carefully. When the digital set top boxes reach a critical mass IATV will be a huge success. Or maybe you think John Malone is going to throw 100 million dollars down the drain by investing in it?

DCTI large stockholder in Commtouch going public this week. Cash windfall if they want to sell. More than a million shares bought cheaply. DCTi has not run up yet and is still cheaply priced.

SDTI should beat estimates. Can always sell more VRSN stock at huge profit is they want to improve numbers. Very optimistic last CC.

Thanks for WGAT and UVEW but IATV looks just fine to me too.
Riding the wave of the near future. UVEW looks very risky. WGAT a little expensive but may nibble or buy on dip.

Liberate set top IPO coming out very soon. WIND has a large investment in it and will do a lot of the nitty-gritty work.
I predict WIND will name new CEO within a month or two. Any day.

CS and COMS more takeover rumors likely this coming week.
