Why is it difficult for you to understand that shares of CLVE can be shorted, even though the preferred shares are restricted from conversion for one year? "Hi Broker Bob... Look I have XXX amounts of Preferred shares in CLVE. Yeah that's right, Can't convert em now, can in a year, and I have up to five years to do so. Look At 40 cents, I can convert currently 15 million shares (if they were not restricted) So.. I'd like to short 15 million shares and put these preferreds up as collateral. Great thanks. Oh, and as the price dropss can you keep shoring more for me. Thanks."
