This new change by the SEC. makes it very easy to see the firms that are not IMO. a good investment as a larger share of them have fallen to zip. It is amazing to see how many companies are getting nailed by the reporting requirements. It is also a little scary considering how many of them claimed, right up until the endgame, that audited financials etc were right around the corner. I suspect it's going to be rather slow going for the vast majority of penny stocks from here on out.
