Disney buys Infoseek: cnnfn.com >..Company -- expanding on a year-old relationship -- said Monday it will acquire control of Infoseek, creating a new Internet business by combining its Buena Vista Internet Group with the Internet search engine operator. Disney will hold a 72 percent stake in the new company, to be known as go.com.
