A competitor, Neomagic (NMGC), jumped 25% on Friday on 6 x average volume. Tokyo Joe's Investment Advisor put out a buy recommendation on it on Friday.

Still like SIII, but would rather buy DIMD. At 5 3/4 I will effectively be buying SIII for 11 1/2. The discount must reflect the risk of the deal falling apart. Posiive news and stock price in SIII will insure that DIMD holders see this as their best alternative. Holding till Oct is only three months, by then the discount will evaporate, DIMD will enjoy SIIIs run, and lets not forget that as the price of DIMD increases it becomes more and more marginable. STOCK TALK great article (post 13307 elect buyers) do you think that this was responsible for fridays run or that with volume of 3.7m and almost no
news that someone has info that is not in the hands of the public?

BancBoston Robertson Stephens could not be more correct in his support of SIII. We will see that $15 and if the market likes what SII reports on earnings day we could see much more.
