Glenn,

I believe that the $60 million dollar offering will represent around 10% of the company. I also believe that America's Doctor, with it's online Dr. Chat offers a service that Dr. Koop.com doesn't have and that free medical advice will attract more consumers especially with the IPO publicity. I expect America's Doctor to go public with a market cap in excess of $1 billion after the first day of trading. As stated earlier, MEAS is already profitable and will continue to profit as America's Doctor grows. After the WebMD deal with Healtheon, their could be a huge potential upside for this IPO and the way to get in with some leverage is through MEAS. It won't take much to move this stock. If I am wrong, MEAS will be overvalued, only time will tell!
