I havent experienced a data vendor myself that has people around on Sunday, but I suppose there is one somewhere The problem is that their telephone is made to sound like there is someone there. If they just said that there was no one present and that a person had to call back on Monday, that would be fine. But to say that I should expect up to a 10 minute wait and then play classical music for 30 minutes or so and then ask me to leave a message is just not right. In any case, thank you for the information on removing the .ini file. --- webb blackman ---
