I have already made the case that if it is simply a matter of sensibility, the will of the majority should prevail, but we do not want to set religious affiliation as a standard of citizenship, even implicitly, so long as it is too easy to draw the implication. I do not think that asking the minority to sit still for a benediction is too much of an imposition, but I do not think that the issue raised by Achilles is trivial....
