I've been thinking about getting a PM device, but I think I'll stay with the laptop. I'm traveling this week too. I was careful to only stay at motels which provide modem jacks on the phones. The big-name motel chains do. Plus, with the laptop I can monitor SI and ipostation. However, I'm curious about the PM. How reliable is it. When WIT sends the AR mail, can you easily confirm back? Anyone on the thread ever use the PM in a "real time" AR-ing situation?
