Yes. He's funny when he says them to somebody else, especially when it's somebody you disagree with.

I suspect that if we knew him in person, we would find him in serious need of psychiatric help.

Now that is true of all of us. What sane person would spend the hours in front of a computer that we do?

I AM a psychiatrist and I am treating myself twice a week. I even send a bill to myself.
