Thanks for the reply JL,< It's fairly routine for a company to increase their number of shares authorized to leave room for secondary offerings, stock splits and so on.> I completely agree with this statement...Yet I believe a vote on an issue of such magnitude as a change in the corporate charter and share base structure, should be disseminated to the general public in a timely manner.One should not be forced to follow this thread or others to find out the outcome of a shareholder meeting vote,to the exclusion of offline shareholders and potential shareholders,IMO..goodluck in your investments,DD
