The stock last traded at $128 1/4, up 9/16. The Internet Index, along with Advance/Decline line for the sector, is illustrated in Figure 1. The one year price chart along with its 50-day Moving Average on the stock is shown as Figure 2. As may be seen, the price recently passed above the average. This is a bullish signal. Take a look at Figure 3. This is a classical Technical Analysis rebound case where the sell-off in the stock, along with heavy volume, signals a bottom in the stock price. The subsequent rebound in the stock price is likely to reach at least 80% of its previous high. The Commodity Channel Index (Figure 4), the MACD (Figure 5), the Wilder Relative Strength (Figure 6) and Stochastics (Figure 7) are also in bullish phases. For a discussion of technical terms, refer to our Technical Analysis Section. Figure 8 shows Insiders Trades for past twelve months. Note that this chart includes, buys, sales, and stock options exercised. It appears that, once again, insiders are buying.

Our Short Term target is $140. Our Stop/Loss is $115. The long term (one year) target is $200.

I agree with your thoughts and my thinking is that the only sensible solution to this situation is for an alliance between the two parties.
