Take the 200 shares. IMHO, PCQT will do well. It may not pop much immediately at the open but I think that it will have a good run. If you check out the S-1, you will see that the company was almost break even during the first quarter.

The PQT shareholders will not be getting any shares and PQT, soon to be Hyperfeed Technologies (HFT), is not an attractive "back door" play unless it falls into the 6 1/2 to 7 range. Check out the analysis at:

I agree ... take the 200 shares. The IPO should do well in the long run. By buying the 200 shares you have a pure play on the IPO success. By purchasing PQT stock, you get the watered down (diluted) version.
