Not necessarily...Depends on how the deal is structred and what the exchange approves...My point is, that we don't know enough about the deal and that most of the NR's the company is putting out, are in my opinion camouflaged, to hide the fundamentals of the actual transaction... The only thing I have seen is 250,000,000 shares for 8.5% of a new company...

In any case, when the company does reveal the actual particulars of the deal, please let us know on this thread so we can assess it and make our own decisions...
