I'm surprised that no one mentioned the article in todays NY Times. The gist of it was that there is too much bandwith being deployed and that companies that are going to prosper in the future are those that provide services and not just a pipeline. Upon reflection the points made in the article lead me to believe that idtc is in the right business. They are mentioned in a sidebar as an example of a provider of cheap long distance at 8.6 cents a minute. This is interesting because one of the risk factors analysts write about in reports on idtc is that the company sometimes has to lease outside capacity. If the article is correct and its a buyers market this bodes very well for our stock.
