traderdoc, I had same problems with newsletter. I basically gave up
without trying to print it. There is a lot of information which I have difficulty in digesting with all the different indicators and the fragmented text/graphics made it impossible for me to use.

Let me try to see what I can come up with.. I'm not a techno genious here but I do know that PDF greatly compresses files in fact I've seen 400 page books in pdf format without any out of memory errors. Let me try to send it to you as an attachment and see if that works better.

Doc:

When you go to print the newsletter, after you select File/Print, you'll see a dialogue box with a 'check box' in the upper right hand corner that says 'print as image'. Try checking that box and see if that makes a difference. What you're experiencing may relate to a problem post script type printers have with files that use a lot of different fonts. Then again, it may not <g>...this week's newsletter was a bit larger than normal so it may just be a memory error.

Jenna, if you're reading over Doc's shoulder, one 'quick fix' may be to break up larger newsletters into two separate downloadable/printable files. Say, anytime the file gets over 400kb which, so far, has only happened twice.
