From DCTI's 1998 10-K -

"During the year ended June 30, 1998, the Company's investing activities included - a net investment in CommTouch, Ltd. valued at $375,000"

According to Bragg there is another 1.375 million invested and/or option to invest at this 1998 price. It took me a long time to find this snippet so I assume Bragg has done extensive DD and isn't BS'ing us. The $375,000 would seem to be half the $750,ooo reported investment with a reported option to buy $1,000,000 more in shares, probably at the same price they were at in 1998.
