BG,

I have been banging my head against the wall at Raging Bull all day about the valuation question......and lack of DD.

I wish I could answer the big questions.....but can't. The form 10 is due out two weeks ago.....I believe a private placement is coming.....and I would think there would be a conference call planned....as this company seems to be keen on keeping their shareholders very informed.

The cars in the parking lot?........I think the facility is Marino Electric......Mr. Marino being the CEO. The PR folder I believe says that Marino Electric was a 17 year old electrical parts wholesale house....with sales (or book value?) of about $3 million. I think most of the cars might be guys who are doing other stuff....while a portion of the place may be Electric City.

It would be interesting to know about the manufacturing of the product.......and whether that is what the entire building will be used for.

Anyhow, I share your thirst for knowledge.......Very speculative.....IMO. I'm sitting on the sidelines until I get more information. Many sharks in these waters.....for this guppy.

BG:

Please don't take my comments about cars in the parking lot as serious DD, just letting you know that ECCC really exists.

Later this week, possibly Wednesday if time allows, I will be visiting their offices and attempting to get answers to some of OUR questions. I will pass on to you and the board any facts I am able to verify. Have a good trading day. --GARY--
