Hi:
I got same problem like them. :(

Has anyone been able to get their 31% withholding back from WIT?"

Even though all the info on my account was correct (including Social Sec. #), and I had also sent in the printed and signed application to
WIT when I signed up, they still messed up and took a 31% withholding out of my account. When I called them up they said they will
look into it, but they may have already sent it to the IRS. They also said if this is the case, they may not be able to get it back from the IRS
and I would have to wait until my next years tax refund to get it back.

This really pissed me off, they took thousands of dollars of money that I was going to invest in stocks and sent it to the IRS where it will
not be producing any income for me.

Has anyone been able to get their withheld money back from WIT?
