My Opinion.
It is a time to buy any company that has cash flow that exceeds its monthly costs and a project that will prove up multiplies of that cash flow within a short time frame. The market is volatile and its favor changes quickly but cash in the hand (company) will be a winner in the long run. The market will react to oil prices as we move closer to winter and put up its investment dollars to those with cash on hand not those in debt.

>>Is it time to buy, time to sell or time to hold??<<

It's definitely time to buy for two reasons:

1) high crude oil prices + sector rotation

2) y2k scares leading to more gas used for generators.

todays run up were AU-T and ABC-T.

If you know of a stock that has yet to run up, do post.
