The TDS system is the first regional-based digital television service in the Caribbean. TDS chose to upgrade their analog system to significantly increase the number of channels, video quality, and subscribers. The TDS head-end system includes DiviCom's award winning encoding and statistical multiplexing solutions as well as complete system integration services. TDS will be able to provide more than 100 channels of high quality digital TV and audio programming to their customers.
