I was told July 20 from what I consider a reliable source as earnings release for NCT.

What are you looking for from NCT? According to one article that I dug up last night, analysts are now saying that CIT Group will only be paying around 17 per share of NCT. Is this also what you see, or are you looking for something else? Thanks, Debra
