Good Morning All! A few notes on what I believe awaits us this week in Medinah land.

a) Gordon House and a newly hired geologist should be leaving for Chile this week.

b) They will be meeting up with GEODATOS for more IP work and for startup of the second phase of the drill program. (Exact date of startup of drilling will depend on JV partner.)

c) Likely annoucement of JV between Medinah and a very large mining company-the terms of which are rumored to require that the JV partner buy a large equity position in Medinah! The 15 mining companies that won't be JV'ing with Medinah will have their non-disclosure agreements cancelled allowing them to attempt to build their own equities positions in Medinah for tender offer purposes! Fund buying should follow the JV offer.

d)Getting closer on the short squeeze...DD has shown that short squeezes of this type typically take 90 days to complete. (per securities attorney.) Count down began around May 7-this gives us about 3 weeks to go. It is my understanding that the DTC now has completed their audit of their books-the focus now shifts to the hundred plus brokerage houses that hold Medinah Shares in street name.
These brokerages will be going through their books...once this process is completed-the shorts will be forced to the baragining table in regards to settlement of Medinah Gold shares.(I have seen one worksheet that estimated the book value of Medinah Gold currently at $32 a share!) In addition, they will be forced to cover their Medinah Mining short position-still estimated to be in the vicinity of 60 MILLION SHARES!

Make no mistake-Medinah is a powder keg-the fuse has been lite...

Yours Truly, Mike Gold

...The future is so bright got to wear shades!

PS. July 10 has come and gone-surely Les & Larry want to get ahold of some common shares as soon as possible....$1 a share-here we come!

Coz,

I fax in that form on 5/10/99 from Shake and email them about 5 times and call about 10 times. They just will not do anything until the MM make good on them bogus shares they were sold. Does anyone have the SEC email address to turn the broker in to the SEC.
wld you can just go way. I'm staying to the end come hell or high water.

K,

To all of those who have been trying to get their brokers to send them their Medinah Gold shares, we all really NEED TO CALL OUR RESPECTIVE BROKERS TOMORROW. We can all see that the pressure has been turned up here on the thread. We can turn the pressure up too by bugging our brokers to get us our shares. NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT! (sorry about the shouting.)

Seriously, we all need to keep on this issue. We need to get those shares which are due us delivered in certificate form with the shareholder's name imprinted on it. The 12 month trading restriction will not begin to count down until the shareholder name is on the cert.

By requesting our shares, we can help MDHM in their efforts to expose and eliminate any short position that may be looming out there, and we help ourselves by starting the clock ticking on the 12 month restriction. It is in everyone's interest to do this.

Also, if you want to help MDHM resolve this shorting issue, you can do so by requesting your MDHM shares be delivered to you also. EVEN IF YOU ONLY HAVE A PORTION of your MDHM shares delivered, every single share that is registered helps the company resolve this issue.

I'm sure there will be voices of dissent saying it's the company's job to settle this issue not the shareholders, but if you feel that you'd like to be part of the solution, then this is something each one of us can do. Being proactive will bring resolution to this much more quickly and efficiently than if we all take a passive role. This is something each one of us can do to help the company and in turn, enhance the values of our shares by helping Medinah prove it's case that there is a large short position.
