Howard--I am not seeking an argument or to overstate the importance of insider plays. But that answers only one of my questions. No one is buying. I have found over the years that insiders have almost as much avarice as my close friends on SI and me. They are quick to jump on opportunity that offers profits from their own company. The lack of insider buying in addition to the selling, whether or not the selling is by 'minor' players is a red flag. All the Best Druss
