David - Has Schwab kept its margin requirement steady? When I opened my Fidelity account, in May, it allowed margin debt of 40% of AOL value, then changed around the end of June to margin debt of 20% of AOL value, now seems to allow margin debt of 50% of AOL holdings. I find these unstated policy changes tricky to deal with, and perhaps a reason to do margin trading with someone else.
