I am in Japan on a business trip. I went to Akihabara, a few block region of Tokyo that is like a giant Fry's. The word is that the K7 is in Japan but the NDA restricts selling until August. Next weekend however there will be an Internet Show at Akihabara and someone is supposed to demo a K7 and possibly take orders for delivery in August.
