I don't like to get error messages. I'd suggest using SCANDSIK to see if anything curious comes up. Another suggestion, contact PowerQuest and see just what this stuff means. (Problems could have been fixed automatically) Hint: Add up the disk space and see if it matches what you expect.

Another hint: Try running PM again, just to check things, and see if it finds anything wrong. If you have DiskImage, try making an image, since DI checks disks before getting down to the real work.

Last hint: Run FDISK. FDISK also checks things and reports problems. Just don't FDISK your drive by accident. (FDISK warns you first, thankfully!)
