Douglas, Thanks for the link. I don't recall if this has been posted already or not, but it is a link to the developing IP over FC standards: ietf.cnri.reston.va.us It also contains a timetable for the draft, request for comments, and final version (Dec. 1999). My quick scan of the documents showed that Ancor was one of the companies responsible for the draft - no other switch companies apparent. Actually very little participation by FC companies in general. George
