Don, we have had very positive feed back on OIA Seminars from Ragattzi...

on RB, who says what he has learned has been extremely useful. Check his very informative posts there when you have time.

The 10SB Form will be filed before the end of July and completely disclose everything there is to know about ZSUN, including the fact it has acquired OIA. This is a proven fact, since in the Press Releases, OIA says it's now a subsidiary of ZUN and its founder is now ZSUN's CEO...

I think it's perfectly ethical that OIA avoids promoting ZSUN as a stock to buy and it's very likely that they don't recommend dealing in OTC-BB stocks at all. FYI, I believe that ZSUN will have a Market Cap of one Billion within 2 years: it has already chalked some remarkable achievements when you bear in mind it will have its first birthday in October 1999. It's very clear to me that ZSUN will be on NASDAQ before year's end, bearing in mind I am a biased long in the stock...

Don, I took the OIA course on videotape. The first day is concerned with selecting stocks based on fundamentals and then determining the time to buy the stock based on technical indicators. You are correct that ZSUN would not meet the criteria for a solid investment using their approach. This to my way of thinking speaks well of the OIA strategy as ZSUN is still a very young stock with only limited historical background - a risky, although (I hope) profitable gamble. I do think, however, that ZSUN will soon be meeting their technical indicators.

Hope you enjoy the seminar as much as I.
