Wish it had of worked.
I have IE and and HP870Cse printer

Anyway, I had to go to graphics to get the color button and the "print in graystyle" is not an option.

My black and white option still gives me the black background. Other choices are Print in color without image matching and Print in color with image matching on the host.

Oh well, time to dig out the book for it I guess.
