From Steve Harmon's Morning Report, July 12, 1999:

------------------------------

Engaged Or IPO Connection?

"Dear Steve ; Love your analysis. Your knowledge has helped me a great deal in trading internet stocks. I would like to know your opinion on the
upcoming IPO of Engage Technologies. Being a CMGI shareholder I have the opportunity to purchase shares, and I was just wondering about your
evaluation of the company."

Reply: Engage appears to be one of the best firms coming out of CMGI's portfolio. Engage delivers targeted ad and commerce via profiling. Think 24/7
(NASDAQ:TFSM - news) meets DoubleClick (NASDAQ:DCLK - news) meets Broadvision (NASDAQ:BVSN - news) . About $9 million revenue
for the nine months ending April 30.

I like your longer term view. I own CMGI, AOL, and YHOO. I recently bought more CMGI at 79 last month and AOL 105(value hunting). I am thinking of buying more YHOO now that it has dropped to 155 after earnings. Any thoughts as to it relative value to CMGI and AOL?
