Labrador, RE:"What does Terayon's lack of DOCSIS certification by CableLabs mean in this competitive environment?" I'm really not for sure on this but I suspect that certifications are to ensure interoperability. This lack of certification might not be bad if you have such a superior product that everyone wants to use it. On the other hand, if their modems aren't clearly superior and can't be used in conjunction with upstream equipment made by others, then they don't have a shot of selling their modems there. This is all just my best guess so anyone feel free to correct me. Craig
