Mr. Lynch,

I believe Nittany Lion has presented these questions to be asked in follow up during the CC thursday. This was done on the RB thread where the original list of questions was amassed and a new one is being accumulated now. If you have questions I invite you to post them on RB. I am sure you would provide some very good questions! On a personal note I become more bullish each day I research what WINR is doing and where they are at. I will likely buy more today and/or tommorrow and look for small run-up in anticipation of CC. May fall after that if no blockbuster news comes out but I am convinced more than ever of the excellent 3-5 year potential of absolutely tremendous gains here. Me and my associates have had numerous conversations pertaining to what you ask here. It is my SPECULATION that David and WINR have simply poured all their efforts into the banking and E-commerce venture during the second Q and put the addition of new gaming ventures on the back burner as they realize how important it is to get the banking/E-commerce foothold in Europe ASAP. I believe once these enterprises are established you will see a rush of new gaming sites as David and staff will be more available to handle their gaming ventures as the cyberlink group and Ichargeit take over the marketing for the banking and e-commerce ventures. This is only my speculation, but if correct I believe it shows great vision on Davids part, along with the deal to sell the soft-ware for exclusive processing rights. Again, I would ask that you pose any questions you may have on the RB board. We could always use another knowledgeable participant like yourself over there!

Best Wishes,
Swedelo

Jim,

I posted this yesterday on RB. I was wondering the same thing:

Follow-up questions

If someone will be forwarding follow-up questions for the CC this Thurs., please include these. If not, I will send to CFG since I will not be available for the call itself:

1. In the PR dated 11/30/98 announcing a licensing agreement with Vaudeville Holdings it was stated "this agreement specifies that Vaudeville will bring in a minimum of 10 licenses during the first 12 months".
What is the status of this agreement?

2. In the PR dated 12/23/98 announcing an agreement with Vanguard N.V. it was stated "WINR estimates that this agreement will generate 4 licenses in the near future".
What is the status of this agreement?

3. In the PR dated 1/14/99 it was announced that the agreement with Vaudeville Holdings has delivered it's first signed licensed Sportsbook.
What is the status of this Sportsbook license?

4. In the PR dated 1/4/99 you stated "In 1999 WINR estimates that from the signed software distribution contracts it currently has along with new contracts pending .... will generate between $9-$11.5 million in revenues".
Are you still comfortable with this figure and what would the additional revenue streams recently developed add to this figure for 1999?

5. In the PR dated 6/24/99 you indicated "WINR has sold it's rights to the sofware".
Please clarify what software has been sold and what software is still owned by WINR.

6. In the PR dated 6/29/99 you indicated "they are currently receiving 300-400 new applications per month".
Please elaborate on this statement.

7. Please "discuss" the recent Form 144 filings by yourself and Ms. Varney.
