Thanks ed.. OT options No I'm not selling puts anymore, I already have the positions in those and those I was able to keep are doing fine, and some are bought back at profits already(some had to be bought back at losses because of margin calls)..I know what you mean though ....those are two different accounts and different time frames...the puts I want to buy on the whole index for the fall only....not individual stocks. But I know what you mean, buying options is often not so great..especially when you dont get out when you have a gain, as I often havent. Freeus
