OT I hope Reuters gets their database up today. It's still having problems. Seems to be in their transaction upload which loads in the quote requests sent by the user via the Downloader. When I break up the list of quotes into smaller groups of issues, the download works for a while. Eventually, even with small request for 50 or so quotes at a time, I appear to get responses (i.e., quotes) that don't match my requests and result in "missing quotes".
