WLD, how do you know that Dayton Mining and the Canadian brokerage company, Nesbitt Burns, "have legal representation watching this board"? What is your connection to these two companies? Is either company paying you, either directly or indirectly, to post messages here? Since you happen to be so knowledgeable about both companies, do you have any reason to believe that Mike's statement is not true? BTW, why do you know so much about Dayton and Nesbitt Burns, didn't you previously claim to be a telecommunications engineer who actually worked? And just when do you ever go to work as an engineer? You're obviously working very hard today at posting messages.
