B: Big City Bagels Announces Agreement With KeySpan Communic B: Big City Bagels Announces Agreement With KeySpan Communications; New High Speed Network Designed for Downstate New York Region HICKSVILLE, N.Y., Jul 12, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- VillageNetInc., which recently merged into Big City Bagels (OTC BB: VILN) announced today it has selected KeySpan Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of KeySpan Energy (NYSE:KSE), to build its fiber optic network throughout the New York region. Under the terms of the agreement, Villagenet will receive co-location space in KeySpan's facilities and use of the KeySpan OC-192 fiber optic network, as well as peering and bandwidth arrangements with other KeySpan customers. In addition, Villagenet will be able to provision high speed circuits (DS3, OC3, OC12, and OC48) between its locations and the locations of its customers. Under a separate agreement KeySpan will provision dark fiber for Villagenetcustomers. Peter J.
