Clark, Where in any post of mine have I equated improving product quality with 100% Customer Satisfaction. This claim is as absurd as Richard changing the discussion to Military spec. Yes, business is full of old farts that resist change. So is the rest of life. Sooner or later, these people will accept that most changes are improvements. Or they'll be left behind. And more jobs in their companies will be lost than could have been the case. But I doubt that you'll change your opinion neither. Ian.
