I have seen the service via Schwab and is not surprising as the lines between bank/brokerage/insurance are getting blurry, especially the one between banks and brokerages. The big habit for me to change is the cash... how do I get it and how do I give it back. It is like a remnant of the brick and mortar strategy that is not getting transferred to the electronic end. Wells Fargo has got me spoiled with all their ATMs. I wonder if the ATMs will ever read cash so I can put it back into my account and update my electronic accounts via a third party. Just my opinion.
