Hmmm.. "Handsets easier to design"? This is news to me. I thought G* phones were supposed to be able to connect to satellites, exactly the feature that makes I* phones not "easier to design". Services "should cost less than 50% of Iridium". So they certainly should. "Handset prices drastically lower". Never heard about this before. These students and part time moms writing to RedHerring should at least read SI. - rajala
