Clark, No apology required. I have respected and faithfully read your posts re the semi equipment sector as you have contributed much in the past. This discussion is way off topic in any case. It seems that many have had bad experiences with buzz words and "programs" to improve quality and confused clumsy attempts at that rather than a systematic approach to improve business effectiveness. I'll refrain from any further comments on Quality here, unless of course someone wants to start a Quality thread or redirect this discussion to an existing one. Ian.
