I appreciate your insights. The ability to extend DSL past 17,500 is critical to its success.

To what extent do the CLECs have the ability to deploy these distance extending technologies, or is it limited to ILECs? Are the colocation privileges that the CLECs are entitled to also apply to the vaults in the field as well as the CO?
