Worse yet, I think it was down on Saturday. The crashes are becoming more frequent and the number of auction sites is growing daily. Their new site, that caused the multi-day crash a few weeks ago is still not ready for prime time. If you can live through the blips I think Ebay is a great short. AMZN, on the other hand, scares me to death when I am short. Trust me on that.

My feeling re ebay is that the large lots are always selling, and the small lots are always buying. Apparently there are a lot of retail investors who believe in them. The stock is very sticky at 130. I think eventually it will break down to 2 digits, but not fast and not right away. I shorted it down from the 150's to 140. At this point (130) I think it will either hold or go up. And probably emulate its older brother yhoo for after earnings pattern.
